In our previous article, we told you the fascinating story of how jewellery manufacturer Erosch turned our premium steel into 3D chain pendants. Today we would like to take you on the next stage of this journey and show you how these pieces of jewellery are packaged before they arrive at our premises and we are allowed to unpack them. What makes ABRAMS Industries® so special?
We offer 70 steel materials in 32,629 dimensions and saw, mill and grind in customised dimensions. This makes processing our material even easier and more effective and saves time and money.
Order only what you really need directly from our online shop. We have no minimum order value and no minimum quantity for your steel or aluminium order. This saves our customers unnecessary storage costs and allows them to concentrate on their core business.
Our production and warehouse are located directly at our headquarters in Osnabrück, so you will receive the goods within 1-3 working days, as the material is dispatched on the same day (depending on stock levels).
Which steel is suitable for jewellery?
Our steel stands for quality, durability and resistance and is so versatile that the right steel grade and dimensions are available for every project.
In the case of steel jewellery production, our PREMIUM steel 1.4301 is the best choice. This is a corrosion-resistant, austenitic chromium-nickel steel, is easy to process and has an attractive appearance when polished to a mirror finish. This all-rounder for jewellery production is weldable, wear-resistant and easy to deep-draw.

1. When the pendant is finished, the chain is inserted and the bending ring is firmly closed.
2. The chain is finished. To protect the pendant and chain, the ring bends open under heavy load.
3. Now the chain with the pendant the pendant in an
eco-grass box.
4. An original Erosch transport bag is included for special customers.
5 Then everything is packed together in an FSC shipping box and sealed.
6. Provided with a silicone-free sticker, off to the customer!
7. A day later, the order arrives at ABRAMS® and we are delighted to unpack it.
8. The trailer, consisting of our PREMIUM 1.4301 steel in the €co-Präz® version.
